Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information used to operate and support easyCAD.

Depending on how you use the service, we process your email, password hash, session data, or verified Google/GitHub identity; projects, prompts, uploaded models, task and cost receipts; feedback you choose to send; and IP and security logs. Support requests may include a job ID you choose; model files and modeling prompts are not attached automatically.
Why information is processed
We use information to provide modeling and downloads, authenticate accounts, manage subscriptions and costs, answer support requests, prevent abuse and resolve disputes. Where applicable, processing supports our contract with you, security and service operations, legal duties, or a specific consent.
Local storage and providers
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage can retain drafts and workspace preferences. You can remove browser data through your browser settings; removing a session cookie signs you out.
The current service uses Tencent hosting in Singapore; for requests that use AI, relevant context is sent to DeepSeek; Creem handles checkout and shares billing references and status; Resend delivers account and support notifications; Tencent Enterprise Mail receives messages sent to our support address. Google or GitHub receives sign-in requests only if you choose that method. easyCAD does not collect card numbers in its own form. Providers may process information outside your country; their own notices describe their practices.
Do not submit passwords, API keys or content you cannot share with the providers needed for your request. This notice describes easyCAD processing; provider notices do not replace it.
Retention
Active project history remains stored for recovery. Trashed projects have a 30-day recovery window, after which eligible model references are purged; backup copies can remain until separately removed. Account deletion is reviewed manually, and financial, security and audit records can be retained separately for legal duties and dispute handling.
Your choices
Contact support@easycad.me to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify account ownership before acting. Account deletion requests pause access and receive manual review. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where relied on, or complain to a supervisory authority.
